Level 3 Technical Support

All processes linked to the operation of the CloudMaker service are based on Agarik Technical Support. This is present on site 24/7 and covers operation from level 1 to level 3.

Our Technical Support department is responsible for supervising, administering and keeping your Cloud server in running condition (depending on the level of service agreed to, see shopping guide).

Unlike other limited services and automatic response e-mails, our Agarik Technical Support is available at any time by telephone and by e-mail. We also undertake that this service will be provided on site by one of the members of the technical team.

Within the framework of the CloudMaker service, your Support is available from Monday to Friday from 8h to 20h on 0 899 700 810 (€1.349 inclusive of tax/ call + €0.337 inclusive of all tax/ min, free the first 12 seconds)

Security

Access to the Portal is secured by https, with the management of rights being controlled by the designated administrator in your company, who alone can provide access to all or part of the interface. Also worth knowing is that only the people identified in this interface may access our Technical Support.
